Contract Tenders and Consulting
Having been approached by a number of electrical businesses over the past year to provide security tenders, we have decided to publicise the fact that we like to do this!!! Allow us the opportunity to design the security component of a new building fit out, refurbishment or retrofit. We prefer to recommend Australian manufactured product and use quality and reliability as the key factor in product and material selection. Price therefore will often be more than what is expected, however for a future proof system with less downtime due to service and maintenance, any financial minded manager can see this is a better way to go in the long run.
We prefer to be involved in the planning side of building fit outs for a number of realistic reasons. The cost to install after the event is higher than if done as the building is being built. The quality of the installation can be guaranteed as precautions are made for the services that come after the security cabling and therefore are protected from later mishap. Often with retrofits, the substandard installation of other services can hinder the reliability of the new security system being cost is prohibitive to do the job above Australian Standards. Finally, our design can cater to building structure and influence planning for future maintenance and system installations.
